I recommend doing every quest you that you can. Achievements are nice.
-Progression is not slow. It's the perfect amount.
-Engineer.
-Server has the best translations I've seen by far.
-Killing mobs for a requirement to an EXP Boost is nice. Two hour grind to 100% exp boost if you're doing you are doing quests in batches and slaying mobs in between.
