the ban has a small duration at the moment of 30minutes. You should be able to login again after.
I have not tried to do the Code validation in Chinese. Perhaps there is indeed a problem.

Can you login at the moment?

I wasn't able to determine a problem with the language as you mentioned, but i did find a problem regarding with wrong numbers being available.

To get this fix update with launcher to version 0.1.626

Let me know if the problem persists!
