Dragon Ball Omega — Launcher Troubleshooting Guide​

Hello, Omega Players!

If you are experiencing problems launching the game, please follow the steps below to check and resolve possible issues related to Windows components, graphics drivers, antivirus software, and game files.

1. Update Windows​

Make sure your Windows is fully updated before launching the game.

How to check for updates:

1. Press Win + I to open Windows Settings.
2. Go to Windows Update.
3. Click Check for updates.
4. Install all available updates.
5. Restart your computer if required.

2. Install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable​

The Visual C++ Redistributable provides libraries required by many programs and games.

Please install both versions below:

Visual C++ x64​

How to install:

1. Download both installers.
2. Run each installer.
3. Accept the license terms.
4. Click Install or Repair if it is already installed.
5. Restart your computer after completing the installation.

3. Install DirectX​

Some older DirectX components may be required for the game to run correctly.

How to install:

1. Open the link above.
2. Click Download.
3. Run the dxwebsetup.exe installer.
4. Follow the installation instructions.
5. Restart your computer.

4. Update Your Graphics Card Driver​

Download the latest driver directly from your graphics card manufacturer's official website.

How to check your graphics card:

1. Press Win + R.
2. Type dxdiag.
3. Press Enter.
4. Open the Display tab.
5. Check your graphics card model.

Download and install the correct driver for your graphics card and Windows version.

5. Install .NET Framework 4.8.1​

Make sure Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8.1 or a compatible newer version is installed on your system.

How to install:

1. Open the link above.
2. Download the .NET Framework 4.8.1 installer.
3. Run the installer.
4. Follow the installation instructions.

6. Check Your Antivirus​

Your antivirus may have quarantined or removed a game file required for the Launcher to work correctly.

Please check the following:

1. Open Windows Security.
2. Go to Virus & threat protection.
3. Click Protection history.
4. Check if any Dragon Ball Online Omega file has been blocked or quarantined.

If you find a file, make sure it belongs to the official game installation before restoring it.

Important: Do not permanently disable your antivirus. If a file is detected as a threat, contact support before restoring it.

7. Repair Game Files — Launcher​

If the problem persists, try repairing the game files using the Launcher.

How to repair the game files:

1. Close the game and Launcher completely.
2. Right-click on the Dragon Ball Online Omega Launcher.
3. Select Run as administrator.
4. Once the Launcher is open, click on the gear icon in the top-right corner.
5. Click on Repair Game Files.
6. Wait until the repair process is completed.
7. Once the process is finished, restart the Launcher and try launching the game again.

Important: Do not close the Launcher while the repair process is running.

8. Restart Your Computer and Test the Game​

After completing the steps above, please check the following:

• Windows is fully updated.
• Visual C++ x64 is installed.
• Visual C++ x86 is installed.
• DirectX is installed.
• Graphics card driver is updated.
• .NET Framework 4.8.1 is installed or confirmed.
• Antivirus has been checked.
• Game files have been repaired through the Launcher.

Now, launch Dragon Ball Online and try starting the game again.
