What to Expect During Open Alpha
- We’re aware the game currently has many bugs, and our team is actively working to address them as quickly as possible. Your reports help us a lot!
- New bugs may appear as development continues. Sometimes, fixing one issue or adding new features can unintentionally introduce new problems. This is part of the process, and we appreciate your understanding.
- Crashes (both server-side and client-side) are expected during this phase. Stability is still a work in progress.
- Unscheduled server maintenance may happen on short notice—even daily if necessary. We’ll do our best to keep you informed through our Discord announcement channels.
- Please always use BugTrap to submit crash reports. These reports are critical in helping us identify and prioritize the most urgent issues.
- If you have questions, concerns, or want to report a bug, feel free to:
- Open a support ticket on Discord
- Post in the appropriate section of the forum
- We’ll do our best to respond to everyone, but please be patient if it takes a little time—we won’t leave you hanging!
