Gathering Evidence Major Bug

Completing the Gathering Evidence Quest and/or reaching level 4 kills the server. No I'm not joking. I get a message saying "You have been disconnected", the game closes and upon loading back into the game it reads the channel I was on as being offline.

We are experiencing some instability and are already working on it. I think this might be the problem, but if you could send us evidence from the mission showing where this is happening?

I just completed the quest (while recording a vid to show it) and it didn't happen. So i think it was actually because i was playing an outdated version cause i failed to update it properly. I didn't realize i was playing the wrong version. Either that or not launching the game via the launcher and instead via the .bat file caused this.
