[Suggestion] Making small changes

Hi there, it's me again! It would be a great addition to be able to cast Dragon Buffs while transformed into SSJ, Pure Majin, or Great Namek.

Additionally, being transformed in the hub is a bit annoying since you can't fly and you aren't allowed to use vehicles in that state. It would be an amazing change to allow vehicle use while transformed.

Finally, I've heard from several players that the 2-hour cooldown for Dragon Buffs feels a bit too long. It would be awesome if this could be reduced.

Unfortunately dragon buffs being able to use in ssj would completely imbalance pvp budokai and arena and be an indirect power creep to the human class. The reduction however is definitely something I believe in this day and age should just be reduced to like 30mins or 45mins for dragon buffs and transformations for QOL. And speaking from experience the hub is pretty nice actually, the uniqueness of not flying or using certain items are actually pretty beneficial as well as it would help lag spikes that would be experienced through flight and busses in extremely crowded spaces to not be a problem, remember.. this is the hub where platform and arena is located, with the map system how it is, most people will be here chilling, using vehicles and flight would lag the area alot considering alot of ppl will be heavy sprited with auras, transformations and upgraded item effects. Something to think about
